Replaced the old pool and clubhouse with this modern design for a pool, clubhouse, and gathering area with gas fire tables.
We battled wedging this into a small area, tight grading for accessible access to multiple levels, a high water table, seawalls, and old infrastructure to make this work. There was a myriad of unknown/mysterious storm and sanitary sewer pipes to untangle and work with/around to make it work and avoid future unpleasant plumbing failures.
The marina is one of the few on Lake Michigan that can handle giant boats entering the marina.
